Commercial Evaporative Cooler submittal

HOUSING: Stainless Steel, grade 304, 18g. with a side removeable panel in fan section 20"W x 60"H (or full height on cabinets less than 60" high).

EVAPORATIVE COOLING MODULE: (WET SECTION) Stainless Steel housing/sump. Sump has s/s couplers welded into the sump for make-up water and drain and overflow fittings. A top removeable panel is provided in the wet section for media access and replacement. Pump and float adjustment is made through the fan section panel or after the media is removed.

BLOWER: Industrial grade blower, forward curve, double width - double intake, class 1 type mounted in arrangement 3. Wheel diameter is selected by model as shown on page 1.

MOTOR: Industrial grade motor, open face, drip proof. Tri-voltage is 208/230-460/1/60. Horsepower is selected from page 1 based on model and system external static pressure.

COOLING MEDIA: Glacier-Cor, 45/15 degree flute arrangement, super saturation type, 12" thick with 95% saturation efficiency @ 500 FPM velocity. (10% higher than CELdek(r) prox).

ELECTRICAL CONTROLS: Disconnect with Magnetic Starter Relay with thermal overloads and interlock contactors for pump. Controls are available as an optional extra.
